Apartments Seattle is a locally owned company founded in November of 2007. We are interested in working with local companies, especially apartment complexes to find the right advertising solution for your business. In the interest of complete transparency we have listed the results of our rankings in Google for popular search terms. Each month we will be updating our rankings and storing the past history online so you can look back to see how we progress.
At Apartments Seattle, we are committed to growing our site traffic organically. We will do that by continually developing web content and additional features so visitors keep coming back to find the latest apartments for rent. In only 2 months we have created our site from scratch and immediately we have captured strong rankings in the search engines by creating relevant, useful content that our customers can appreciate. In addition to our focus on organic traffic we will operate a Google Ad Words campaign to drive targeted traffic to each of our city apartment pages.

The 160x90 & 160x120 ads are located right below the Helpful resources section on each page of the site. The 160x600 & 120x600 ads will appear right below the top ads. Our advertising rates are based on the amount of time you with to work with us. We do not require long term contracts, in fact if you'd like to try us out for one month free of charge and quit after that, you can do that as well. We don't believe in charging per 1,000 impressions, per click or per lead, we want you to know you will be our SOLE advertiser in a given slot so if you want to check on your ad, you can do that on our site at any time. We are flexible when it comes to advertising so if you have ideas beyond these standard banner sizes please contact us and we can work something out!
